Aging Research Network
Aging Research Network-Aging Research Network
The Aging Research Network is a global interdisciplinary group of individuals and organizations who recognize the need for a new approach to the way aging research is performed. Specifically, the participants in the network recognize the need for multiple historically disparate scientific disciplines to realize synergies to accelerate the development of new technologies capable of physically rejuvenating aging tissues. The network accomplishes this through:
- Funding aging research directly, both that which seeks to directly address the cellular damage that accumulates and causes dysfunction, and any research in other areas that accelerate the implementation and distribution of new therapies.
- Educating the public of the near-term potential of the development of these technologies and the need to prepare for the impact of their arrival
With these two goals in mind, research and education, the network will seek to obtain financial support from private and public organizations and individuals to move forward with its mission, lessening the suffering and economic burden of age-related disease.
